Culinary Classes: Join Chef David McMillan on Saturday afternoons as he leads a monthly demonstration with a wide variety of themes. Entertaining and informative, these classes are perfect for both the beginner chef and the home gourmand. Plus, you'll get to sample David's creations paired with appropriate wines.
Wine Dinners: 62 Main, through its nationally acclaimed reputation, is able to bring in owners and winemakers of exceptional vineyards and wineries for special dinners that can only be described as a superbly remarkable experience. Wine Dinners and Special Events
62 Main will be holding two events back to back with importer Jack Jelenko.
Wednesday, June 25th will be a Mandois Champagne dinner. Established in 1905 in the center of the Champagne region at the town of Piery, they are a grower champagne house. The champagnes are oak aged on the lees for extended periods of time. Clean, crisp, dry and highly rated it is a great house to get to know. $89++ per person.
Thursday, June 26th we will break from tradition and offer a Maison Park Cognac and cigar night in our Bar on 2.
Maison Park is a stellar, clean and pure cognac house, unadulterated and unmanipulated to show a classic line of cognacs. There will be a local cigar shop discussing and offering their best lines of cigars for sale and consumption. We will be creating a series of hors 'oeuvres to complement both. $55++ per person.

4th Annual "Grill Daddy" Class
This month Father's Day is on June 15th. As most of you know, I always do my "Grill Daddy" class the day before. I will be teaching on my Holland America cruise in Alaska that weekend, so "Grill Daddy" will be on Saturday, June 21st at 1:00 p.m..
Dotty Griffith, cookbook author and "barbequer" extraordinaire, along with John Mclung of Hasty Bake grills, will be back teaching with me.

Help Wanted: Be a 62 Main Chef for a Day!
Adventure into one of the most acclaimed kitchens around and "get to work" with the amazing 62 Team and Chef David McMillan!
You'll spend 6.2 hours (naturally) in the kitchen collaborating with Chef McMillan on a custom menu, and then preparing all aspects of your own 4-course feast with guidance and humor by Chef and the 62 Main kitchen staff.
As part of this exciting day, you will receive your very own 62 Main kitchen staff shirt, and a 4-course dinner for 4 after your day at 'work" featuring your interpretation of Chef McMillan's wine country-inspired seasonal cuisine paired with appropriate wines by 62 Main's sommelier. After dinner, the 62 Main staff will offer you and your guests a champagne toast to a "job" well done in Bar On 2.
